Minneapolis and Hennepin County are hosting Project Homeless Connect at the Minneapolis Convention Center on May 11th. This incredible event, which brings together hundreds of service providers to create a one-stop shop to end homelessness, has served thousands of people and engaged nearly 4000 volunteers over the past three years.
